You have to donate 1 milion to the Town Fund and it'll take about a week or so I think for it to build. You can also do the glitch with a windmill, but you can only recieve one or the other (Windmill or Lighthouse)
well...i wanted to put my ds person on the wii assuming EVERYTHING would be the same as the ds....so i had to delete it...and it wasnt the same..and im sad now..='(
