you got to love this - what an interaction! Dolphin and Whale encounters all over the world still amaze humans like not much else... Check My Video for one of these wild encounters in Western Australia.
We have countless dolphins here and usually dogs just bark at them.I think there had to be some conditioning or stepping stones leading up to this.I'm not criticizing;just curious.
This is my opinion. A lot of animals eat meat. They kill other animals. We are an animal that eats meat (and vegetables). I think it is sad that these animals have to die but it's just how we are. In the wild animals kill each other for food. Unfortunately we don't just kill for food. It's just how we have become. Maybe we are a bad species. I have nothing against vegetarians, they can eat what they want and I understand their reasons. Eat what you like :D
@MegaLacubana: we had the same interesting challenge with Lilly our Lab-Chow. It finally changed when we went to a lake and because she trusted us we carried her in with us and we all went in the water together. Now she swims....
@MegaLacubana - You should watch Cesar Milan show - ''Dog whisperer'' on tv... ask him, he's gonna fix it 100%... Anyway, you could try to get in the water with him or her and SLOWLY, day after a day, play with him in the water just to get him feel comfortably in the water. Labradors are born swimmers and they absolutely love water so he or she should enjoy it... I had a same problem with my lab Maggie and now I can't get her out of the water!!! Anyway goodluck.
@MegaLacubana i have 3 labs one LOVES the water, one is terrified of it and doesn't swim, an the other is more cautious when it comes to swimming. every dog is different!

This is just amazing!I own a dog whose mum is a labrador and pap is an husky and he LOVES water.excpet when it is to take his bath...And he's just the best friend i've ever had.When i get sick, he just sleeps right next to me.And when someone is sad, he just won't leave that person alone until he sees a smile. He's so smart and funny...Oh and when a baby is in the house he is so protective (don't know if that word exists, I'm from Portugal), and cute.And I just love him :)
There's nothing wrong with choosing to be a vegetarian. The rest of the world doesn't mind if you eat meat or not. Many of us do not care about other people's lifestyle choices and are perfectly happy just feeling good about our own choices. @TheDouchesupreme Good point but we are not really built to eat raw meat any more. We used to be but now our jaws have become a lot smaller and our muscles are not as strong. We are not used to having to chew our food a lot anymore.
@TazzyProductions we are still completely built to eat raw meat it's not that we aren't it's that we have a brain that tells us if we cook our food we'll kill germs/parasites but i do love beef carpaccio which is in fact raw meat. it's so good, i suggest you try it sometime. you won't need strong jaw muscles as the meat is cut very fine. tool using species ftw.

Thus, I am a vegetarian until I can get my own farm. 90% of vegetarians are ridiculous and would relate something like a dog swimming with a dolphin to vegetarianism... but to the omnivores who bag on them, just let them be. @Snowshowman I think people need to realize that vegetarians (such as myself) are individuals. Many of us do not care about other people's lifestyle choices and are perfectly happy just feeling good about our own choices. I am the only veg in my family as well as my friends and we all still get along. Vegetarians are not have as much right as anyone to make their own choices. I am really tired of comments like this that create groups of "us" and "them." Can't we all just enjoy this video?

@phabbiola Vegetarians should really consider what effect on the environment they have. Example: Carnivors eat cattle, Cattle are bad for the environment(methane production). Vegetarians eat only greenery/organic material = Oxygen producing material. Who's the villain.

@sidewaysfcs0718 how is a lion similar to a human? they are both predators the tell-tale signs being eyes set frontwards in the skull, better for tracking prey. both have canine teeth used to rend and tear meat from a carcass. just a quick fyi humans don't need to cook meat the do so because they are smart (at least some of them). in fact the word eskimo derives from a word that means "raw meat eaters". just sayn...

@TheDouchesupreme Good point but we are not really built to eat raw meat any more. We used to be but now our jaws have become a lot smaller and our muscles are not as strong. We are not used to having to chew our food a lot anymore.

@TazzyProductions we are still completely built to eat raw meat it's not that we aren't it's that we have a brain that tells us if we cook our food we'll kill germs/parasites but i do love beef carpaccio which is in fact raw meat. it's so good, i suggest you try it sometime. you won't need strong jaw muscles as the meat is cut very fine. tool using species ftw.

Their waste pollutes the rest of our food supply. The caloric-energy cost of beef is nearly 20 times the amount of caloric-energy provided upon ingestion, the ratio is 17-1 for pork. By eating meat you support massive entropy in our ecosystem and deny resources to those in the world too poor to overcome your entropic habit.

@nbaustin: You can't be serious!! Get a LIFE JACKET for a LABRADOR??!! I know you're probably just trying to be "helpful", so I'll play nice. Labs are great dogs & I've had them all my life. Just in case you're unaware of breed specifics, Labs were bred to be sea swimming dogs. Eons ago their sole purpose was to swim out into ICY waters to retrieve fishing nets. In fact, sensitivity to PAIN was bred out of them so they could endure long periods of time in icy waters without physically suffering
