This happened on my psp when I had it. This just happens sometimes because it can only fit so much on the screen. Try the Opera Mini broswer, its free to download and the webpages look exactly like they do on a normal computer.
I love how they always show it from the front when comparing it in size to the iPhone, rather than showing the side view which would show you it's an inch thick.

No. My Ocean does the same thing. There is a problem with aim where it freezes up for several seconds when you first open it, or when it needs to refresh. The phone was NOT locked. It also freezes at other random times when transfering data.

Dude, devices operate on memory. When you hit that many buttons and open and close it that many times, the phone remembers every key you hit and does its best to keep up with you... But no technology is that fast. Slow down a bit...

The speaker volume is great by the way. REALLY loud. Sorry, still think it's the best device around, ESPECIALLY for the price. Only competition is the iphone, and even IT has it's disadvantages to the Ocean...

he helio ocean is an excellent phone. but it has MANY problems: the AIM takes forever, the internet freezes (ALOT), and the phone locks automatically sometimes!!!! here's my review. because (i know this sounds weird) but i've had all four of these phones.

The battery hardly needs a recall...btw, i've noticed that my Hero car charger works great for this device even though it doesn't indicate on screen that it is charging.
I'd rather the freezes be where they are instead of a 5 minute (give or take) freeze when loading apps or games like on the drift. That was terrible...however, these don't seem to bother me that much...my tip for you, LEARN SOME PATIENCE!
There are several shortcomings. I think most of these issues can/will be addressed, but you seem to have little patience in dealing with technology. I agree that a 1350mah battery is a low for the device, but hardly needs a recall. Are you unhappy with your device? Maybe you should return it.
Having experienced some of the issues that you have here are some thoughts. First, in regard to the browser, it needs to fully load the HTML page for the mini-map and zoom functions to work. If you have poor reception, the page may never fully load and won't be able to access these functions. Also, this isn't a complete browser, desktop browser by a long shot. It is mobile, and it ain't a UMPC.
Just call helio and keep on saying nope nope nope untill they say they are going to do a hard reset. and everything will be ok
