They do at wye in front of Union Station which next to the mission tower.

@singwith Wrong, they don't wye them at Mission, they come in straight from 8TH ST. reversed, like the shot you saw No.3 backin' out, they wye them to head to 8TH ST. but comin' from the coach yard they come in reversed!

@likestallwomen the DL train has to turn it and face the south just before it head back to the yard. He is asking a situation that the train go to the other direction.
