  • thats it!!! show us sample of your footage

  • What got me was the corner of the table part. OMG! <3

  • Thats sick

  • song?

  • this was excellent...but take "test" off the title because it probably runs people off...most "tests" i have seen are useless footage...poorly shot at best...my "test" footage is shot, reviewed, and deleted...but what you have done is showed some creative applications for the glidecam preudo-quick release plate. prior to this i really had my doubts...

  • what the hell was this?? music was too intense for a useless video like this.... thought you were all cool creating this video with a kickass glidecam, huh?

  • I'm amazed by the footage you get when filming with the glidecam...

  • is there a difference between: 'Glidecam 2000 Pro' and 'Glidecam HD2000' ??? and if there is, can somebody tell me? im concidering buying one.

  • 2:36 Obama the Filmmaker :D

  • 1:44 The killer inside me.

  • Hey man, please cut fingernails, it really looks awfull.

  • buy a Quick release, you can't change battery while you have that slow release plate ( Glidecams release plate )

  • what is title of the song please

  • I hate to say it but the guy in the video is using the glide cam wrong. You need a lot of wight at the bottom to make a pendulum effect keeping the camera steady when the vertical axis moves. There should be at least as much weight on the bottom as the camera and lens weighs. Further more the lens make the camera front heavy and for optimal balance you use the sliding weights at the bottom to counter that pulling the back weight out further than the front or add more weight

  • @SquirrelFromGradLife not entirely true, because there are various ways to use the glidecam so you dont have to use ridiculous amounts of weights... you can use even use up to one weight on each side and still get complete balance, the key is simply to get your vertical alignment correct, as long as you get that set you can still maintain the correct ratio because extending the pole gives you much more leverage and factors out the the missing weight.. so this guy is using it pretty well :)

  • The fact that you just used it with the base on the table was gold. I dont think you can do that with the steadicam merlin

  • you should showed at least som test footage of the steady cam

  • great vid man

  • These things are expensive and often difficult to get the hang of. I've been happier using my Cam Caddie Scorpion it only cost me around $38 and has been very efficient capturing smooth shots.

  • @theHeadofbear I just watched a few videos and the scorpion is no where near as fluid as the glidecam

  • Isn't it defeating the purpose of holding the stabilizing arm when you move forward? Couldn't that produce some unwanted 'bump' in the video? I have just purchased the HD2000, and hope to make nice clips such as yours. THANKS FOR THE TEST! Great stuff! :)

  • sick! whats the song?

  • @KeatonArts X Ray Dog - Night Hounds - Final Hour

  • Such an intense video!

  • song??

  • Got a question... is there actually a need to broaden the adjustable slider for the weights to the very end? :D

  • Cool......

    I like it

  • what is that on tip of lens, is that a filter

  • I like the filming and how it is put together by you guys. using the plate as a slider is jus a very nice Idea.

  • Bau mir gerade auch so ein ding.

  • Fajnie zrobione

  • what song did you use in this video??

  • awesome work.

  • Good Job

  • Excelente Video. And Great Canon.

  • Canon 10-22 F3.5-4.5
