Why? becauses its SEGA, baby! its a compilation of segas best gaming moments, that includes games from the dreamcast, too.
If there's more content in the arcade version, like extra stages & characters, I seriously hope they make them DLC for the console versions.

@atiraedeon123 They already made 2 Mario Karts for Arcade, they both featured Pac-Man and some other characters since Namco helped Nintendo I think.
