It may be a great place but is very dangerous if you are an expatriate and you are without a guard.
Your peoples may be nice, and friendly, but are desperate ...and so...is not something you want to risk your life for.
There are safer places, were you fell really welcomed.

Not that bad has you may think. Luanda its not all Angola. Even Rio de Janeiro its more dangerous, but ppl still go there. But i understand your point of view :P
