It's a Trek Equinox 9... I am a bit high for a time trial position. BUT, I had a chronic lower back problem for about 7-years and worked really hard to get my biomechanics and flexability better... A year before this video was shot, I was riding my road bike with bars so high, it looked like I was riding a hybrid! Even then would have aches and pains. With this TT position, I had not problems at all. So for me it was quite a big step in the right direction...

angle stem down and bring elbows in - forearms parallel to ground - not down... you'll get another 0.5 mph easy.
