How many tenants are you dealing with. Here the property manager collects 6 percent of the rent plus get 6 percent of any alterations they organize for the property. So they make quite a bit. If I was a landlord I'd be dead scared those meth cooks would come cook meth in my house.
I'm dealing with a very large number of tenants, and its 10 percent of the rent plus 1st month rent is how it is normally done here, far as the meth thing, thats something that is more common in the suburban area's

I say it all the time, alot of these people don't have money laying around like that, most people don't have a bank acct or if they do, it's just enough to get by in some cases. I rented for 17 years before I bought my house, believe me, it's not easy as you think, it all comes down to budget and what type of savings you have, and it you manage to try and save something, you know something always come up, and its not hard to find renters, it's hard trying to find the right one.
Hey Shea if property is so cheap I'm surprised so many people are renting. Buying a house seems to make more sense. How much trouble do you have finding renters?
