I feel as though you did not take full advantage of the camera's capabilities. Also, while I feel that the lighting of the card scene is great, the bathroom scene looks like you had a bunch of home depot lights and no soft filler light. Keep up the work though.
Ey dude, Thanks for watching! I do agree the camera wasnt utilized to the fullest, but I guess we got the look that we wanted which is more important. Everything was lit with home depot lights. We really wanted it to look low-fi and low-tech...needless to say, we were working on a limited budget. During post we desturated the image. If i were to shoot it again, I guess I'll tweak a little bit in some areas. Thanks for the comment!
In retrospect, I guess you guys got the exact look you wanted then, right? That was one of the things that had me so confused... every time I see stuff shot with the DVX, the colors almost look richer than life, and you certainly desaturated the colors... Now that I know you were trying really hard to GET that look, much better.
