Lol you're supposed to say "Xbox" then it gives you options on what commands you can give Kinect. Like in netflix, if you say "Xbox Pause" it'll pause your show or "xbox fast forward" or "rewind" it'll do that too. Once you say "Xbox" you activate the voice command then do whatever else like open tray or close tray or play game. :D

Also tell cory that if he puts vaseline (or patrolium jelly) on his nipples before his work out he won't get the nipple pain. The nipple pain is from chaffing and the vaseline prevents that. It only takes a small amount. Runners do it all the time its very manly.

Cory, the reason your nipples are hurting is because you were most likely sweating. When you sweat you tend to get your clothing wet, and then your clothing rubs against your skin. Your nipple are very sensitive during this time, sometimes they can even bleed. Runners tend to get this a lot, so to prevent it, they sometimes wear bandaids over there nipples. (Girls don't usually have to worry about this because they wear bars)
