I like the video a lot, but...one observation. Twitter is not just a listening platform it's an ENGAGEMENT platform. No one wants to just listen, we want to collaborate. I agree with Gary that Twitter is probably one of the greatest listening tools so far this century, but the ability to filter the noise to find the valuable content and then engage with someone on that topic is a critical element that Twitter is missing, so tools like HootSuite and TweetDeck fill that gap.
