triva time, what was frank and shirleys pets name it wasa wombat and his name was fat so what a wonderfully crafted series this was A.S.N here in atlantic canada ran it in the ninetys i like shows from other countries except nicholas campbell intro holding that big snake im petrified of them, i dont know how nick did that he must of had nerves of steal, i would of died of a heart attack also matt day as julian ross what a good chrachter and seeing how he grew.
You know that they have developed most of the places this was filmed. Very sad. Its not so green anymore. There's a four lane road all the way to Windsor and the green has been replaced with rooftops for as far as the eye can see! But hey thats progress, great for the economy right?
Was shown in England on ITV in the afternoons and was mostly popular with old people. My local ITV station showed it from 1984 to 1997 and then stopped when the episodes ran out and also because Aussie soaps were going out of fashion. It hasn't been shown since.

Esmade (Joyce Jacobs) and Cookie (Syd Heylen) are on this clip at the end. The guy at the end I think is called Bob" who props up the bar and is Cookie's mate (Gordon Piper). I'll need to try and find a clip of them speaking - their accents are hilarious...
