Twilight Princess, I'm sorry to say, was one of the weaker entries of the Zelda universe. So much so, that my excitement for this game is low. But I'm still pickin' a copy up on day one, and hope I get some good ol' Ocarina of Time magic and fall back in love with the series.
As for the graphics, I kinda like Nintendo doing their own thing. I always felt TP graphics were a way of saying "We messed up with the look of Wind Waker" when in my opinion, they did not.
@Uridien I think you're right, so many people complained about WW's graphics that they were changed to TP's style. But I think Wind Waker was better than Twilight Princess, better than Majora's Mask, and on par with Ocarina of Time. I think this one will be as good as Wind Waker.
Remember in Twilight princess when they talked about hyrules ancestors, the people who lived in the sky ? That little bird, Ooccoo that you got in dungeons that was a sky being ?
This game is the story of those ppl in the sky, the storyline takes place even before Oot. Ganondorf may not be in this one......maybe
But this game will gives us the story before hyrule.
why do they insist on making something so epic look cartoony with cell shading. something with this caliber of epic needs to look more realistic. if they spent the extra time to do more realistic shaders and textures, it would double the audience hands down. they went in the right direction with twilight princess (though the story sucked) visually. imagine if you had to watch lord of the rings with cell shading or star wars...fail. i mean im still going to play it, but total visual disapointment

I'm a big Zelda fanatic. But the things is that I actually like Play station and xbox games more than Nintendo. Wind Waker had more heart and soul than Twilight Princess ever had a sniff of. I also found TP boring, too easy and the music uninspiring. It seems like the games are losing more and more of that special Zelda charm that made the previous titles so great. @paraguana66 each game feature a different Hero. this is not the same Link in each game. this is the first game since in this era they they live in a floating island. we see him dive into the clouds and that is how they disover that there is a land under their island. the second game in chronology would be the original LoZ
designed for the wii controls yet, but also, the first 3d one (pop out 3d) will probably be for handhelds. So, Id have some sort of backup plan after this game is released if I were u lol.
Im probably one of the biggest zelda fans out there, ive been playing since the first one, and Id rank, not counting handhelds, LttP greater than OoT, TP, 1,2greater than equal to less than WW greater then MM. But, I was gona point this out because, I think theres a good chance this may be the peak of zelda games for consoles atleast, because Im not sure exactly where theyll go from here, and I mean this zelda needs to happen cause we havent got one

@gohanluigi123 ? I always thought you only compare games in the same gender. For example how can a 4 player co-op game be said better than mario? Or mario being said better than it? You should compare games with its gene for what that person feels like playing. For example. " I want to play a plat former banjo kazooie or mario. "Or how about a Fps?" Halo or call of duty etc.

ok all you bastards, stop complaining! the graphics look great, and wind waker did NOT have bad graphics! in a sense, it had great graphics, the movements were sharp and crisp, and the frame rate never dropped! and this game looks the same! so stop your freakin whining!

@Vitonenvittu The graphics are in the video. That's actual gameplay. And wind waker was amazing. Better than Twilight Princess in my opinion. Though I repect yours too. I just think wind waker and this are closer in design to A Link to the Past, which was the first Zelda I played. Ah nostalgia.

This honestly gave me chills. It looks like this will be another great game in the Zelda series. And those new weapons look fun...I just hope that rolling bombs doesn't use the WiiSports bowling controls. XD

@paraguana66 each game feature a different Hero. this is not the same Link in each game. this is the first game since in this era they they live in a floating island. we see him dive into the clouds and that is how they disover that there is a land under their island. the second game in chronology would be the original LoZ

designed for the wii controls yet, but also, the first 3d one (pop out 3d) will probably be for handhelds. So, Id have some sort of backup plan after this game is released if I were u lol.

Im probably one of the biggest zelda fans out there, ive been playing since the first one, and Id rank, not counting handhelds, LttP greater than OoT, TP, 1,2greater than equal to less than WW greater then MM. But, I was gona point this out because, I think theres a good chance this may be the peak of zelda games for consoles atleast, because Im not sure exactly where theyll go from here, and I mean this zelda needs to happen cause we havent got one
