Посмотрел тоже его тренировки, что-то пацик реально халявит на них, поэтому и жирком обрастает , на пауэрлифтера становится похож. Хотя конечно крепкий так-то, только слегка неэстетичное сложение. Посмотрите, как ебашит на тренировках Брэнч Уоррен, вот уж действительно жопу рвет, надо с него пример брать Алексею.

Видел как Алексей качает бицепс.Блин неужели это я единственный мудак который качает 70кг прямой штангой 13 подходов по 12раз,потом еще 8 подходов с 28 кг гантелями.Мой бицепс 43 см рост 199см вес 110кг.Вот почему Лесуков качает галимыми пятнашками да еще 1 - 2 подхода еле как, и гантельками всего пару подходов, а все остальное на бицепс пампинг легким весом и имеет 53 см бицепс кто нибуть мне ответит?

for all those who dont understand RU, I can sum up in few words, the interview

He's 20, he started training in 15y, before the gym he was training in carate school,swimming and he graduated musical school (wow). He's 116kg and when he started he was 75kg! Biceps- 53cm almost 54cm. He uses The PEAK protein(he's sponsored by PEAK), he preferes 12h protein and something before workouts, for energy! And in the end he talks about the peak company and supplements!
