Hey, good on you man. Good luck on your journey and I hope you manage meeting your goal. Personally i don't suffer from a weight problem but I do need to start a healthier life still. Keep it up.
I watched a couple of your videos back in may when you first started again at week one. Today I remembered about your channel and thought I'd see if you were still loosing weight. It's great to see that you still are. I remember talking to you a bit about my own weight loss goals. I'll be hitting my 80th pound lost this week (which is not only a lot but a fuck ton for someone who's 5'7"). I'm sure you have plenty of people you get advice from but if you'd like some more let me know.
consider the fact that if you are going to the gym and also doing anaerobic exercises your muscles are growing .. so u're burning calories but changing fat into muscles or even just growing the muscles mass. Keep the calories down, go for vegetables... less possible carbs, less possible oil butter and salt.. drink a lot... meat and beans are protein.. so if u eat a steak and than u go to the gym u don't lose anything u build muscles..swim together with the gym..
Lol the people that say they will unsubscribe are funny... i mean funny way to motivate somebody ....he's not gonna get motivate if u subscribe or not ... he just needs to believe he can make it ... subscribers support the channel and make you feel good when u read all of the "good job, keep it going" but in real life... this stuff is pretty useless. Just believe in yourself, and 1/2
@zazzolina How can you motivate someone who isn't making progress? I subscribed to this guy BEFORE he even started making the weight loss vids. Back when he just posted random videos, now all that he does is post weight loss vids. Seeing the same thing over and over gets boring. I get pumped when he losses it with the "GJ Bro, Keep it up!" but then he gains back twice as much... Is that not a slap in the face?
@smash44556677 is it a slap in the face for you? u're just watching... that maybe is a slap in the face for him... and i don't know what you define "to motivate" but to me... to motivate means to push... and u need to be pushed when you have an hard time all alone... it's easy to clap when somebody alone is doing all the job...if a channel is what he needs to feel the people supporting him..then.. u gotta support him when he needs it... not just when u are entertained...
@zazzolinaAnd That's what I have been saying this ENTIRE damn time. Did you not read my comment thoroughly? I've been with this guy since week one this is not the 1st time he dipped it's more like the tenth. I was in there every step of the way telling him to keep it up even when he went up and down trying to motivate and push him but he obviously isn't changing something whether it's his eating habits are workout schedule. I understand it's not easy first hand I was once 240 at 5'7.
@smash44556677 sorry i'm not reading every comment ..but ok. i checked his videos..he was like 300 pounds..now he's 259..this is 40 pounds..and i count in kilos..so i can't really understand your weight and height.. it's a lil difficult to convert everything.. but 40 pounds are around 20 kg... in 22 weeks? it's like 5/6 months..so to me. it's good.. it's not good to go down really fast . he's working out.. ost 20 kg and building muscles... it's fine if he's steady now..the body has to adapt..
I was short, fat, depressed and I had no one to motivate me. You know what motivated me to lose the weight? The fact that girls 9/10 don't date fat guys and I wasn't going to be a virgin forever. It took me 7 months to go from 240 to 150 and I went up maybe once or twice while juggling work and play. So you have to stay dedicated and choose a good gym Planet Fitness isn't one they are a cash grab business. I' m not saying I dont feel for him but make progress
@smash44556677 Looking the videos, he has a girlfriend and a life..he just want to have a better life.. so it's ok if takes a while..maybe it's even better..it is just that we watch all of these shows.extreme make over - people (whatever it's called) bunch of doctors making fat people skinny. and we think that real life it's like the tv. it's not..who cares if takes 2 years instead of one to lose 150 pounds,as long as he's confortable with it..and good job to you if u're satisfied with ur life.
I really want to support you Pete I really do but you keep going up and down. You have to stay motivated make gym partners, SOMETHING. There's no excuse man you have to be dedicated or you'll just go around in circles. As of right now you should be in your early 200's. Step it up man or I'm unsubscribing. I understand that it's tough I really do but you're wasting our time bro.
Hey I'm 17 iam 6 foot 2 and weigh 285 and tomorrow when I wake up my life will change for the better! God help me with this battle and give me the power to lose this weight!!
You can't slip man! It happens to me all the time, but then I kick my ass back in gear, you just need better motivation, watch some Basedow videos! haha

A vapid comment from an idiot, to be sure, but in everyday examples it often rings true to me. I get a much greater feeling of satisfaction when I can throw on a pair of waist 34 jeans with some slack and need a belt or try on a medium size in a store and have it fit well. Far more satisfying than pigging out. Also, something like a donut, chocolate bar, bag of chips, etc. is a lot more satisfying when you only have it once a week.
ofcause you gained weight again, that is how you roll.. i was really supportive in the start, but now i just think you are a slacker.. BAD GAME DR.PETE
Dude you need a personal trainer.. What you should do is go see a dietitian, then next time you're at the gym get a few personal training sessions. I know you probably think oh this guy doesn't know what he's talking about. But I do, I used to struggle with weight and then I went and got some help now I'm doing fine. My point it if you do it you will feel 100% better. And you will also see faster results.
I just imagine what I can look like in the end, and even continue with it from there. I like how it feels to eat clean, and work out too. That's pretty much what keeps me motivated. It's a really fresh feeling. :D Congratz on your weight loss too. Awesome progress. :)
The world keeps spinning with or without you. You can either choose to stand up and keep moving forward or be left behind. That's good enough motivation for me.
