That's because, they know nothing about fitness, and probably do meaningless sit-ups 4 hours a day, everyday.

  • @skyduster4 The guys that don't need help are genetically lucky. Not everyone can just workout/diet and have results. Coaches and trainers see it everyday. Trainers can work with 2 different guys (one genetically gifted and the other a skinny geek with bad genes) and have them both do EXACTLY the same diet and workout regimen, yet the gifted athlete shapes up fast and looks tremendous while the pasty geek barely changes at all yet his physical ability does improve, you just don't "see" it.

    Back when I was a teenager I used to work out in the weightroom with football players and got LIMITED results, even when working harder than they did (this includes a superior diet and protein supplements). Forward fast to when I was 31 years old. I took over the counter andro-based testosterone and saw 30 pounds of muscle in 8 months. So, I KNOW for a FACT there are guys that can't gain or look a certain way without external "help" and I KNOW about fitness.

  • @tombstone9173 Please don't try to reach me things I already know. I know genetics also play SOME role. Some guys are easy gainers, others are hard gainers. I'm an easy gainer, but that also means I put on bodyfat easy. I have THAT conundrum.

  • @skyduster4 I hear you I see people spend hours at the gym. It's best to not lift past 45 minutes just do compound movements like squat or deadlifts and the ab's will show as long as the bodyfat is low 8 to 10 percent you should see your 6 pack or 4 pack just takes time.

    Not true. Fat deposits are controlled by one's body. Not everyone's body responds the same to diet/exercise. As a teenager I was 6ft, 135 pounds and in better cardio shape than the vast majority of people. I lifted weights and played basketball 2-3 hours daily. I NEVER had a 6-pack. I was at like 2% bodyfat. There are guys at 12% bodyfat who have 6-packs. It's all in how your body distributes the water and fat. Not everyone can achieve this.

    Like I said. Fat and water distribution in each person's body is different. I have been in "ELITE" cardiovascular and muscular shape in my life where you could see my ribcage bones and veins on my arms. I had NO 6-pack. So, I KNOW that not everyone can get a 6-pack naturally. The surgery in that video offers fat removal which "might" reveal a 6-pack. Due to possible fluid retention, even THAT is not a guarantee. Please stop telling people anyone can, when it's not the truth.

  • @tombstone9173 clear lies mate, your telling me that your bodyfat percentage was low enough to see veins, bones ect but you had no 6 pack? so what your trying to tell me is that not everybody has a rectus abdominus? because if your bodyfat percentage is so low over your entire body you can see veins, ribs ect, you will be able to see complete muscle definition right? so either your claim is that your body fat percentage isnt low enough, or you have no recutus abdominus to show definition.....

    If you've never seen a skinny guy with no 6-pack who runs track in high school, then you must not have gone to school. I'm not lying to you. I was in very good shape, played basketball 2-3 hours a day AND lifted weights most days, you could see my ribs and arm veins, was 6-ft, weighed 135 and I did NOT have a 6-pack. The human body can selectively store fat in places which is a genetic trait. It's also pretty COMMON just as the DOCTOR states on this video.

    I don't have any products to sell. The truth is the truth. There are guys with 12%bf with a 6-pack and there are skinny track runners and even swimmers with no 6-pack. Hence, body fat distribution is different in everyone, and so the reason some people get this surgery done.

Some people have stubborn fat and even WATER in an area their body has stored. Even with dangerously low body fat levels there are plenty of people who don't have the appearance of 6-pack. Quit trying to act like a genetic trait (6-pack) is obtainable "everyone" by diet. It's not. That is a fact. No contradiction in this.
