If there is any secret ending (which is unlikely), then it would have to be to do with the countdown outcome. There might be a way to stop the countdown and open a door, which would lead you to escape.

There is no secret ending. I looked through the sounds in the .BSP files and nocliped through each map, and found nothing new.

Of course, this would ruin the experience for you players out there, so to give the illusion that I am lying, I found some other duplicate sounds of the narrator talking in the train-station level. I don't know if that is ever used, but I'm sure you guys can come up with a ridiculous hypothesis on why those files were in there...

The Outcome with the countdown was defo my favourite. What the narrator said just seemed very fitting. Like the whole thing with trying to find a way out, even though there wasn't one.
