i'm an assistant at a lc in orlando, fl and we have 8 min ovens...you are definitely slow dude...we don't have to cut on a cutting board, but we do cut faster than that because the oven will back up. i can take a pizza off of the deck, put it on the box, cut it, and close the box in 8 seconds :)
At our Little Caesar's, the owner of the store did one of everything putting up record times to challenge us. And if we ever thought we could beat him, we could go "battle" he could do ten pizza sheet outs in 4 minutes by himself.
I think every Little Caesars has 3 5-min ovens. Dude, when I rock landing, I learned grippers left hand so I could hold the cutter at the same time. that way you never have to put the tools down. I stopped using the dumb spatula ages ago. Learn to flip pizzas like a pro. It definitely helps when all the sudden you got all three decks rocking your shit. -Little Caesars West Main Rapid City SD

we run 2 8 minutes decks and they are constantly 100% loaded and if the pizza isnt off the deck within like 1 minute of when its comesout of the oven pizzas burn. and BTW im pretty sure (and I could be wrong) but i dont think you are supposed to pull the pizzas out of the oven like that or they dont cook comepletely, Im saying this because I have worked for Little Caesars for 3 years and Im one of the managers. I just know thats how it is in our store.

Hi: Little Caesars has a problem cutting 10 even slices. Some are 2 inches wide at the top while others are 6 or 7 inches. I have yet to buy a hot n ready with 10 even slices. When you have several kids sharing a pizza some get the very tiny slices and some get the large over sized slices. Guess who's unhappy?
no its not its easey to cut even slices practice on quality " speed is secondary" i can sauce cheese and peperoni (32) slices in 28 seconds and it looks perfect
