I did the full workout (3 sets), did a lil p90x and did some sit ups and push ups. gonna keep going. It takes almost a full month to get into a habbit. Better make it a good one.

I lost 1 kilo in the first week doing this, together with some healthy eating. So to all you who are wondering if it works, it does. Just get your damn butt off your chair and repeat this 3 times a few days in the first week. (I did this 4 days).

@krystlechampagne he's a personal trainer andi think he knows where he got his six pack , this isn't a workout for a six pack , this is cardio. Working the muscle dosn't burn as much fat it just makes it tighter. This is for losing the weight not burning the muscle.

Success! I did a mix of these clips daily with 20 mins Pilates, 20 mins interval training and a low carb diet for 4 weeks and I got the beach bod I (and my man) so wanted for our vacation! @mlm22500 I would do cardio at least 4-5 times a week...and weights 3-5 times... work up to this... but do something everyday...even on rest day you should be stretching...~ahmad
@mrsbomenka I would suggest you mix up the week 1-12 cardio clips as you grow stronger. Really put your all into the moves...be safe...and take a day off if too sore to move. Also try some of my more recent clips...ok?~ahmad

@reactsesion Keep doing Ahmad's workouts! I started in 2009, after I quit smoking and started putting on weight. I met my weight loss goal in no time....doing his workouts...starting with Week One and listening to his advice on how to eat.

@mudya1 When i first started doing Ahmad's workouts...i could not do all of the repetitions all at once. I did it 2 times in a row too. I would just keep trying to do more each day...than the day before and by the end of the week....i was doing all of the repetitions.
@mudya1 I was totally out of shape. Was not exercising at all, before i started Ahmad's workouts. I remember week one. My arms hurt so bad in the beginning. Then i felt better and moved onto Week 2 and hurt all over again. LOL
Great workout...I feel like a lard ass though because after doing my normal 45 minute workout I could only do one rep...but I WILL DO 2 TOMORROW AND 3 FRIDAY!

@T12uth That's great that you lost 25 lbs! Ahmad rocks! He helped me meet my weight loss goal too. The main thing is to get up off the chair. There are times i dont even feel like working out. I just put on my shoes and get up and everything else just falls into place.

@AlexJC1998 You do this 3 - 4 times in a row with very little rest in between. No more than a 60 second rest. You do it every day for a week and then move onto week 2.

@mrsbomenka I would suggest you mix up the week 1-12 cardio clips as you grow stronger. Really put your all into the moves...be safe...and take a day off if too sore to move. Also try some of my more recent clips...ok?~ahmad

@bearz you want to gas out...BUT each time take note of what time you gas out at...and try to last just a little bit longer each time... really stay consistent with this...and it will pay off...like it has for the others...come to facebook...add me: "ahmad baari"

Tiësto's Club Life: Episode 168 type in, and play this while your working out, you can make atleast 5-6 reps with it, i did :) and i'm really fat! imagine what you people can do :) good job ahmad

i am really over weight. and i did this 5 times, 30 minutes straight :). i'm drinking LOTS of water, gallons :) but that just cause i want to .suggest another video? to help me lose weight quicker? lower back fat, butt fat?

hi, nice vid, I must admit.. can i ask u, I am a girl, I have a stubborn little pouch just below my navel. I've been cycling and legs and butt are well toned but my stomach still has fat. its really annoying. wld this workout help me to be well toned on the mid area?

Hello ahmad. I did this workout for 1 week and i lost some weight, but i need to get rid of my belly fat to show off my abs, since i went to the gym for 5 months i got some muscles :D. Do u recommend harder cardio workout? If yes, tell me which workout would be the best to burn this fat faster. Thank you.

@reactsesion Keep doing Ahmad's workouts! I started in 2009, after I quit smoking and started putting on weight. I met my weight loss goal in no time....doing his workouts...starting with Week One and listening to his advice on how to eat.

@mudya1 When i first started doing Ahmad's workouts...i could not do all of the repetitions all at once. I did it 2 times in a row too. I would just keep trying to do more each day...than the day before and by the end of the week....i was doing all of the repetitions.

@mudya1 I was totally out of shape. Was not exercising at all, before i started Ahmad's workouts. I remember week one. My arms hurt so bad in the beginning. Then i felt better and moved onto Week 2 and hurt all over again. LOL

For everyone at this moment reading this, get off your butt and just start if you want to lose weight! I have lost 25 pounds in about a month 1/2. Look at all of his videos so you can mix it up as well (week 1 x2 week 2 x2 week 3 x4). Thanks again Ahmad!

@T12uth That's great that you lost 25 lbs! Ahmad rocks! He helped me meet my weight loss goal too. The main thing is to get up off the chair. There are times i dont even feel like working out. I just put on my shoes and get up and everything else just falls into place.

@AlexJC1998 You do this 3 - 4 times in a row with very little rest in between. No more than a 60 second rest. You do it every day for a week and then move onto week 2.
