  • I did the full workout (3 sets), did a lil p90x and did some sit ups and push ups. gonna keep going. It takes almost a full month to get into a habbit. Better make it a good one.

  • @worthmyweightingold m8 it is not 3'4 times per daz, but in a row,, a d thats for top bodz for lower bodey u nned to do somthin llike moutain climb until u drop dead, and after that rest for 2 min and after pushups,,POINT OF ALL W0RKOUTS IS TO DO UR BEST , U CAN ONLY CHEAT YOURSELF. good luck working out. andvice... dont dring sodas and eat bread.. it wil do wonders for ya! cheerz

  • where it says 'repeat 3-4 times' I assume it means 3-4 times a day rather than 3-4 times a week. I did this 4 times yesterday and 3 times today and I can barely move my arms. I guess it must be working...

  • @Sc2Rage In a sense, yes. It will keep your body heat up, causing you to sweat and loose more calories.

READ AND UNDERSTAND........... and i am doing this every single day for like over A week now just like what he says and i have dropped some weight and THIS IS NOT FOR A SIX PACK ITS TO LOSE BELLY FAT WEIGHT... u need to loose the fat then u can get the SIX PACK....   • do some of you guys who is dissing this guy even know what cardio exercises are? it's main purpose is to burn fat. if you wants abs, do the 8 min abs program after you do 1 hour of this guy's cardio, it really works. the 8 min abs program is also on youtube, it is a video with a cgi guy showing the moves.

  • @krystlechampagne he's a personal trainer andi think he knows where he got his six pack , this isn't a workout for a six pack , this is cardio. Working the muscle dosn't burn as much fat it just makes it tighter. This is for losing the weight not burning the muscle.

  • Success! I did a mix of these clips daily with 20 mins Pilates, 20 mins interval training and a low carb diet for 4 weeks and I got the beach bod I (and my man) so wanted for our vacation! I loved the compliments, too. So easy to do these cardio clips- even in your coffee break! - and def results. A big Thank You.

  • @mrsbomenka I would suggest you mix up the week 1-12 cardio clips as you grow stronger. Really put your all into the moves...be safe...and take a day off if too sore to move. Also try some of my more recent clips...ok?~ahmad

  • @bearz you want to gas out...BUT each time take note of what time you gas out at...and try to last just a little bit longer each time... really stay consistent with this...and it will pay off...like it has for the others...come to facebook...add me: "ahmad baari"

  • @Anahy1285 depends on your current level of fitness...the best thing to do...once you get going, is to mix up the clips...

  • @reactsesion Keep doing Ahmad's workouts! I started in 2009, after I quit smoking and started putting on weight. I met my weight loss goal in no time....doing his workouts...starting with Week One and listening to his advice on how to eat.

  • @mudya1 When i first started doing Ahmad's workouts...i could not do all of the repetitions all at once. I did it 2 times in a row too. I would just keep trying to do more each day...than the day before and by the end of the week....i was doing all of the repetitions.

  • @mudya1 I was totally out of shape. Was not exercising at all, before i started Ahmad's workouts. I remember week one. My arms hurt so bad in the beginning. Then i felt better and moved onto Week 2 and hurt all over again. LOL

  • @T12uth That's great that you lost 25 lbs! Ahmad rocks! He helped me meet my weight loss goal too. The main thing is to get up off the chair. There are times i dont even feel like working out. I just put on my shoes and get up and everything else just falls into place.

  • @AlexJC1998 You do this 3 - 4 times in a row with very little rest in between. No more than a 60 second rest. You do it every day for a week and then move onto week 2.
