@DaynaLouiseD It's a vector layer, with special tools. You can google pen tool to see what I'm talking about. :)

Ok first, you've created a vector layer, and used the curve tool to do your line art. And then you used the pressure tool to make the lines more Natural.

*I just tried this myself, because I didn't even know about it. Lol!*

To color the lineart layer, click Opacity Lock, and you can color the lines that you've created on that particular layer. :]
