  • I think these techniques go way past the helicopter. Nice on the clamp to the shoulder. Last one is pretty cool too when they pass to get caught in another armbar.

  • nice tho i dont do Gi still good and it really made me think of the subs i could do from spider guard (the one with legs) and spider guard (one with shins on biceps)
