I have a neighbor who's dog keeps urinating on my shrubs (I've seen the dog in the act). When asking him nicely to stop, this is what he says, "I'll let me dog poop on your grass, what are you going to do about?" Is was literally floored, I couldn't believe. I'ts amazing how arrogant some individuals are. Needless to say, I call the cops and he shut-up very quickly.
Man, what an idiot. It'd be nice if his friends and family saw him acting that way and let him know what an a-hole he was being. Haven't people ever heard of headphones!?!?!
