Hey at least rain didn't stop play. Thanks for sharing this, I really enjoy that sort of drumming and seeing people just enjoying being alive! Cheers, Lesley
Yes, I think so! When they drummed at our border park on the river, and on the USA side people were drumming too....it took your breath away. Wish the whole drum circle had been there today. Thanks & Hugs!
Oh, now, I know that you and your hubby would love Patti & Mike that held this event. Anything to do with the earth and taking care of it, honouring it and it's inhabitants...they are there! Did you see Mikes page? mikeblackmoreproject Hugs!
This is so cool, Chris! I love it. I would sooo have fun with drum beating mud people. (I think I actually already do but I call them 'grandkids'!!) I would love to do this. Your brother-in-law must be a lot of fun.
ha ha haaa! I know bozie...it looked odd, but it was just our friend Jimmy's mud laden hair sticking up over the rock that he was drumming in front of. Last summer they had a larger crowd of mud people and drummers. Hugs !!
lol...it's just a fun, uplifting time each August that my brother-in-law made up. He's an artist...what can I say? :D People that live along this beach are game for anything! Hugs!
I know, I know....it was just too cold for me....although the lake was so warm! I am still feeling a chill. Thanks for watching. I might get some better clips from my brother-in-law. Hugs!
Great vid Chris! Good to see Patti! Rick looks muddy, did you get into the 'spirit' with the mud people too? Thought about you today as it rained here also. I really enjoyed this video as I have heard from you about this so much!! 5 Stars!
Thanks Teed. It was a small turnout this year as it rained so hard. There were more people up on the roadway under umbrellas watching it all though. I was on camera duty. :D luv ya!
