Aside from the fact it sounds NOTHING like matchbox twenty, when you watch the video an itunes advert comes up - it says CLOSING TIME - SEMISONIC.

Also, youtube it. A semisonic music video will come up. Pretty sure that, and the comments below mine will be proof enough.
