i dnt usually wash my hair that often usually like once a week or once every two weeks when i have braids. do you think i can still grow my hair long? it because my hair is too thick for me to let it air dry nd leave the house lol

I am 11 weeks post. I will relax at 12 or 13 weeks(I try to listen to my hair). I have been roller setting every week. Why do you stop roller setting after 8 weeks? Great vid!

Last time i tried to roller set at 10 weeks, it took me about 2 hours ! ! and i lost TONS of hair... so now i stretch to 16 weeks, i won't even try that, lol

yes you're getting it ;-)

but you don't NEED to go under hood dryer to DC : because your head releases heat when you put a plastic cap on so this heat is already ok ;-)

and yes cowash is conditioner-wash ;-)

DC means deep condition : you take a conditioner (not a cheapie one that says "leave on for 2 or 3 mns) and you leave it on for at least 30mns ! this is deep conditioning ;-)

It's true the amount of products could get confusing, but this video really helps put things into place!!! Wha you said about not wanting your hair to get used to one product makes sense. Depuis que j'ai pris un tournant a 360° ( ca fait déjà + d'1 an maintenant) ben la difference est radicale ;-)

De plus, je ne me reconnais dans aucune des marques citées, je veux dire...elle ne parlent pas à la consommatrice que je suis dans leur marketing

Par contre tu vois, ce que je voudrais tester c'est DOVE ! Eux leur approche me tente bcp +

People have to remember that they're no rules when it come to hair care as long that you keep your hair moisturize , you have protein in your regimen and you give what your hair need. The hair will be happy lol ..

Hello. Thanks a million for the video. I rollerset my hair so before bed "YOU" moisture (Wave Nouveave) and Seal ( Castor Oil) and wrap your hair. You don't leave it curly since you brush (Boar) out the curls to wrap. By the way 'What's Cross Wrap".
