I don't know if Spaniards are "white". White like a sheet of paper? Color is assigned as a social perception. What we are talking here is how the Spaniards are "rejected" (with good reason, mainly economic) by more powerful and cultured European countries. Not to mention, they have terrible complexes of "dark skinned southern europeans". So far, so good.

And many of the Latin American Miss Universes are white: Maritza Sayalero, Irene Saez, Dayanara Torres, Deborah Carthy-Deu, etc.
