it may be true that a larger percentage of black people are in jail, uneducated, ect but, it all started with the end of slavery. when it was abolished, the freed slaves had nowhere to go and it was hard to make a living. thus they couldnt afford good living and such. im sure if any person had lived on minimal wage, it would be hard to support thier family get thier child good education.
