  • you look like Batista lol

  • holy thats awesome and thanks for the inspiration i got diagnosed 3 years ago with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis and am just starting to go back to the gym one shoulder is a mess and both wrists and hands are affected but id rather be at the gym too, things are better tho .but i lol will never be near the weight you just did thats killer .

  • Shoulder is getting better - I am just grateful to be able to still train reasonably heavy.

  • @RonHarrisMuscle wow that's impressive i have trouble getting the dumbbells up im going to use your technique thanks :D

  • Just like the last 3-4 people I was going to ask about the ROM but I read the description, I hope the shoulders are doing better! Brutal strength!

  • Oliveroo, did you read the comments below? I already explained this. Please don't ask questions that were already answered in detail.

  • Why the lack of range of motion?

  • The range of motion is lacking.

  • JayBro, your shoulder presses are very, very impressive and I hope that when you have been training as long as me, your joints are in much better shape than mine are now!

  • It was right there in the video description - after 27 years of training I have severe arthritis in both shoulder joints and a large bone spur in the left that requires surgery soon. A full range of motion is not possible for me anymore.

  • I'm not trying to be a dick at all, but you seem like a nice enough guy to give me a proper response... How come you don't go all the way down, and all the way up? You're still a strong dude to do what you did, I'm just curious.

  • Wow man very strong & ever rep was perfect form!

  • Oy Vey! You're very handsome....

  • Thanks!

  • Mighty powerful, Ron. That's almost TWO TONS in one set! Awesome!

  • Thanks, I appreciate it.

  • @RonHarrisMuscle Do you believe Dumbbell bench is the best way to puff up the chest and also make it wider? If not what is? and How do I avoid a Plateau effect alltogether.

  • strong pressing there ron, awesome effort

  • Depth looks plenty good to me Ron, strong lift!

  • Thank you very much!

  • nice lift ron!!

  • Yes, the arthritis was a by-product of training heavy since I was 14 back in 1984-1985. I don't know anyone who has been training as long as me who doesn't have joint problems. But no regrets - that's what it took for me to put mass on and I wouldn't change too much.

  • Nice going. Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to read about your preparation for competition and seeing you hit the form!

  • nice Set !

  • Yeah, on YouTube you can talk shit even if you've never touched a weight in your life.

  • @RonHarrisMuscle did you get arthritis from lifting?

  • stuh-rong. im working on 90 for 8reps but 120 for 14?! oh and be prepared for the haterz with their 'partial reps' and 'your not locking out'. everybody's an expert here on youtube.
