GT3 is starting to grow on me. Currently driving a CarreraS with coil-over kit. At time, I still felt the suspension is soft. Originally thought of getting a turbo. By my nephew Fay Meow keep poking about the GT3. Hope he will get one first. I'll ask him to borrow it for a while. If good, then I get one! Haha..ha.

I drove the GT2 and GT3 today at silverstone , the GT3 was much more enjoyable to drive. It gives stupids amounts of grip, fantastic. The GT2 was a different beast entirely. It felt a little more sleepy unti 1500 rpms or so. It also  didn't feel as nibble, don't get me wrong the shear power was immense. I highly recommend the gt3.

I think it's a safety feature.  I think it just signals to other cars that it's on the limit. The GT3 is a civilized road going track car, so likely the GT3 will come into contact with novices on the track.

But they still are and would be great for drag racing, (I think so).

How much is porsche going to expand the bore on their flat sixes? and how much further are they going to raise the redline? I'll be honest in saying that this 997.2 doesn't make me swoon as much as the older 997 did. Nonetheless, I still swoon over it. more than i do over the faster and more expensive turbo model. I DO like the new wheel locks though. Can't say the same about the rear wing which looks a bit more akin to a JDM type car.
