But when doing this technique do you have to focuss on what has to happen or do you just let nature takes his course when light passes through without any focuss. Also if the last is the case could one not just as easely the seal and picture on there window and let natural daylight shine upon it day in and day out?

I love psionics, but I find myself cautions to believe in it, considering that the more you believe in something the less evidence you need... even if all you were given was non-concrete evidence. Hehe, I already believe in God, I don't think I should be pushing my believe system too far.
I do believe in Quantum Mechanics, and thus the idea of psionics does seem possible, just not probable with the technology we possess. No offense, but I have particularly hard time believing that you can send "healing powers" using a random "god of healing" and a flash light. Good point. The mechanics are a bit different in that this unit is closer to pure radionics which does not require the operator to be in proximity. The energy driving it in this case comes from the transmittal witness and the energy that that witness is a link to.

No. Teleportation is a bit too complicated for me though I have often thought it would be fun to teleport somebody's Thanksgiving dinner and then return the bones.

Yes, it often does. Radionics depends to a great deal on the mindset of the operator rather than the nature of the physical instrument.

I would guess that putting the picture in sunlight would work as well, but this method works at night.
