its because his rep was nuetral with horde so when you dual you attacking the horde so the guards attack you its not that hard go and try it your self....but i think it only works with undead cause they start with low rep

The reason this happens is because you dont have high enough rep with that faction. Yes your horde. Whatever. But when you raise the rep level a bit im pretty sure that doesnt happen.
