Vulvodynia doesn't go away, there is no cure. It ruins lives, and isn't just "itchy" it sometimes reduces women to live their lives in hospital beds. I love S&TC but this episode is offensive and cruel. She is given anti-depressants because they sometimes block nerve pain. As funny as chemo. Not funny.

I am now working with a doctor specialist as well. I feel very lucky to live in New York and I am grateful for my health insurance. I have gone from daily pain to being able to enjoy sex again. That said, it is DEVASTATING and the 21 months have been the hardest of my life. DON'T GIVE UP.
