The likelihood is that Rin died sometime shortly following Obitos death, maybe a year or two afterwards, and then Minato died within the two years after that; all the deaths seem to have been within short notice of eachother. Two year intervals is my closest guess, based on his approx age during Obito's death and Minato's.
