He actually looks the perfect weight according to any veternarians and breeder standards. Dachshund's MUST stay lean to protect their backs. The video shows his ribs when he's turned, but as he is walking he appears to be a healthy boy.
Well about the weight.. You need to feel the ribs and not see them.
I think this dachshund is a bit to skinny... But it's dangerous for a doxie to be fat! So rather a bit skinny then fat.
