That was the Japanese version of the toy and in Japan "Transmetals" were called "Metals"

...i actually liked this figure very much...except the way the wings are made...

obviously Hasbro/Takara is too darn lazy to add a small revolver joint to its wings so they can be put down instead of flapping out like that...

What is that giant beast wars toy that is yellow and black and has 3 heads 1 beast head and 2 robot heads! 1 head is like a dark looking head! I had him for almost 11 years and just found out that he was a transformer. Please tell me!

One difference between the American and Japanese versions you didn't get to, and what I think is the best thing to distinguish this one is the eyes on his beast mode wolf head. The American release just has yellow beast eyes, but this one has show accurate eyes with pupils.
