Fuck the gym, You don't need to be Mr. fanatical about exercise, just go for a walk/jog/run do some push-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, maybe buy a pair of freeweights. Do some useful exercises like punches, blocks, knees, kicks, something that makes you look good and you can use. Take it easy on yourself, you've got alot of time ahead of you.
