finally I will accept there is something going on but only under a few caveats.
1:I actually see the effect.
2:I can eliminate mundane explanations that you just bent the spoon.
3:for video I can test that is has not been doctored.
4:for live I can test if I was in a impaired state. (drugs etc)
now what would convince you it wasn't psychic?

1. Hold the spoon
2. Close your eyes
3. Think about what could make the spoon bend
4. feel the spoon getting softer in your hand and feel that it seems much more bendable
5. feel that the spoon is bending in your hand (don't open your eyes because the spoon isn't bended yet even tough it feels like it)
6. After feeling that spoon is bended several times, even more then you think it possible... then you can open your eyes.
