@PfirsichMaedchen Genau das dachte ich auch! Ich komm auch mit sanften treibenden hilfen durch und muss bei den pferden die ich reite nur drann denken schneller zu werden und sie tuns.. - aber so wie die denen in die rippen boxen.. das is also.. naja. voll deiner meinung

@Raudifan Ja, bei meiner Stute ist es genau so. Ich reite auch eigentlich nicht mit Sporen oder so. Wenn ich mal richtig Gas geben will auf einem Stoppelfeld geh ich halt in den leichten Sitz und verstärke die Hilfen eben. :o Das reicht meistens.

Aber der Typ in dem Video.. reißt seinem pferd im maul und tritt zu. Na toll.

@PfirsichMaedchen Ich hab zwar kein eigenes pferd, dafür aber drei schulpferde mit denen ich richtig eins sein kann, und die laut den anderen eig scheiße stur sind, weil sie denen halt nich vertrauen :D Naja.. aber ja genauso mach ich das dann auch.. du hast auch völlig recht das reicht auch - zudem reit ich auch nich mit sporen, ich könnte das nich und ich will das auch nicht.. :D

Naja sowas wie auf dem video sollte disqualifiziert werden :o

you know what fuck off ponyshadow i do barrel racing and i love my horse and treat him with respect. and to everyone else if you were real horse people you would realize that they were neck reining and that they were useing there knees for speed so there not kicking them you bunch of idiots.

If you know anything about MGA you know these ponies have snaffle mouths and they all neck rein!! A lot of what you see with the quick turns and stuff is the rein pushing the neck round, not the bit yanking the neck round!!

PLUS!! Every single one of those riders rides too long to kick with their boot!!

I don't think people understand how much the ponies love doing this, we have a very old games pony at our yard and he will still happily gallop round at gymkhana's. And for people saying they are kicking the ponies too much, most of the riders feet don't even touch the ponies' side cause they're so long, they're doing no damage AT ALL.

you are allowed no spurs or whips, and only snaffle bits. These ponies run because they love it, i dont see how kicking them with your bare foot and pulling up in a snaffle bit does any harm, wearing spurs and harsh bits is harder on the ponies. These ponies are responsive & light. These ponies love their jobs & run there hearts out, these riders know what they are doing (it takes much more skill than most other equestrian disciplines). Games ponies are treated with alot of care.

@Semma97 Yeah,there are people who do care about the horses,but most people just want's to win. I see it in every competition,people treat horses as if they were robots,which is NOT okay if you asked me.

@vloggblogg no. the ponies love this. so much. and you couldnt do this if your life depended on it. games is a great sport and every person ive ever seen who does games loves their pony more than life itself and treat them that way. go learn what your talking about.
