  • I have the variant of this song which Max gets big and gets mad. He even throws Goofy after he swiped the table cloth and was falling into the background and bam he landed on the gold horseshoes and boom and the background was white. Even though max wants to be left alone and tell goofy to get his own life and the teacher caught him drawing and not listening to the teacher and he took the paper away from Goofy when hes not finished with his drawing. I like that variant of this song.

  • LUV THE SONG!!! ONE OF MY FAV OLD SHOWS!!! :D :D :D :D :D

    1. Partridge Family

    2. Andy Griffith

    3. Brady Bunch

  • The 1st season, '70-71, had the original Chris and the "When We're Singin'" opening song, which I liked the best. Chris #2 came along the 2nd season, Fall of '71, with the new opening song. They were on Fri Nights on ABC in this order: Brady Bunch, Partridge Family, Room 222 (a comedy about high school kids), Odd Couple, and Love American Style (an hour long comedy of 3 or 4 short stories). ---exception: the last season of That Girl ran '70-71 in the time slot of Room 222. All went off in '74.

  • reminds me of ''an extremely goofy movie''

  • I loved hearing the original theme song again! Lots of good memories.

  • I like this version better than the "When we're singin'", the harpsichord sound is very pleasant.

  • I once was writing a script where this guy was trying to kill himself by running his car in his garage. Well, he turns on the radio and its busted, only gets one stations. While he is trying to kill himself the song that cmes on is Come On Get Happy by Patridge Family

  • @DarthSideous63 She's is gorgeous!

  • @humboldt777 I'm a straight girl but if it's one thing I can tell you is that women now in the days most look terrible because of plastic surgery

  • @DarthSideous63 Hell yes! Imagine watching her as a young teen....

  • @DarthSideous63 So is Suzanne Crough!! The DEFINITIVE redhead-even better than Tina Louise!! I was always disappointed that she never became a model; Guess she had her fill of the spotlight back in the day!!

  • @ultramanhayata1 Are you for real? Suzanne Crough was a little girl who barely had any speaking parts.

  • @DarthSideous63 I had a vague of what she'd look like, when she was 18-21; I have a vivid imagination! Jamie Luner(Melrose Place) brought that vision to reality!!

  • brings back great memories of childhood

  • remember seeing this show when i was a kid in the 80's ... love the 80's

  • @Crystalballer274 This show isn't from the 80's it's from the 70's.

  • @Immortal1000 that may be true but I said I REMEMBER seeing it in the 80's i was born in 81 this show was one of the shows my parents watched. So you gonna tell me what I <------- SEEN in the 80's? I dont fuckin think so. Show probably came out in the 70's and had reruns going through to the mid 80's obviously.

  • @Crystalballer274 I didn't tell you what you were seeing. I was stating a fact. They had reruns in the 80's and in the 90's but that show is from the 70's.

  • Cool video.

  • On the original episode you can hear Cassidy lip sync to someone else's lead voice during the music sequence. The producers found out soon enough that Cassidy was the better singer and that was the end of that. They also realized the value of having someone that age that could act and sing. They released a hit single ("I think I love you") shortly thereafter written by the studio guys and sung by David Cassidy.

  • which was the more perfect make yer puke perfect family them or the brady bunch?

  • Did they actually sing this I've always wondered!!??

  • @oohyllab I think it was just David Cassidy and Shirley Jones. They couldn't use the others, so they were replaced by professional back-up singers. I only remember reading about this--Partridge Family was before my time.

  • @hyancinth70

well good grief it was IN my time, and I didn't know that. Thanks. I loved him as a teen girl. He was WAY cute back in the day.

  • @oohyllab The studio hired musicians and singers to do all the music. Once they found out that David Cassidy could actually sing, they dubbed in his voice on the lead and put Shirley Jones in the mix as well (she had done musicals-Oklahoma - Rogers and Hammerstein). The whole thing with David Cassidy was a lucky accident for the studio. They made millions off of him as a teen idol and pop music sensation but originally he was hired only to act and lip sync. He did this song in one take.

  • Wow... I have been searching for this song forever... I remember it from when I was a kid, and I was born in the 90's! :p

  • aw, David Cassidy was such a heart throb...sigh! lol

  • Fantastic! The real thing!
