wow, that was a very simple recipe and it looks delicious. I asked my hubby to bring me a trought tomorrow. I will defintely bake it for our dinner tomorrow. Thanks fo inspiring us with your wonderful recipe. do post more baked fish recipes.
Yeah that sounds great. I need to find some peach wood to throw in the smoker, right use I use alder wood for fish. I like to let my fish marinate for quite some time also, but in this particular recipe this is more of a glaze. Trout has such a thin fillet so the flavor goes right through it.
looks good. I go trout fishing 2 or more times a week and I smoke alot of it useing almost the same things you used but I let mine sit in the marinade for 2hrs thats how long fish take to soke up the flaver. then smoke over peach or apple wood,or both.
it tastes good! i'm baking the trout again!
