I love Voivod, a great and under-appreciated band. What I really want to know is if Jason Newsted still in the band or is involved in the band somehow?
@Ander3030150 No. Newsted still a friend with Voivod guys, but when the band split, when Piggy passed, he returns to California. Voivod's great crowd reaction at Heavy MTL and the great chemical between Dan Mongrain and the band, what a great guitarist!, should pumped up guys. The reunion opens opportunities for some great gigs in Canada, France, etc. But, at the end, Newsted remains on of the biggest Voivod fan.
