I saw him play when on tour with steve wilson and i lie not when i say all i could do was laugh and think to myself, "hes sooooooooooooooo talented" during songs where he barely touched the kit

I like to watch this stuff, knowing that I will never ever be able to play anywhere near this level but it's still a pleasure to listen to someone who is pushing the limits of creativity - It Inspires!!!

@SDupe44 he is getting really close in my personal list of favorites... and yes, is too hard that a drummer can get to embody every facet of drumming, but if you´re a beast like Minneman, Donati, Weckl, Harrison, Jimbo, Sanchez, Royster....... is almost sure you have at least basical approaches of lots of styles... and i truly believe that a drummer to be really good needs to have at least basics in latin

I, personally am not a drummer (one day I wanna learn) but I ALWAYS listen to the way drums sound in a song, and Marco's snare right there, has got to be one of, if not the best sounding snares I've ever heard. He's an amazing drummer and definitely has a good ear for tone.
