  • There are videos about OHP, Military Press, Push Press....they are the same are they ?

  • how do you protect your back when doing this move? I find I have to bounce my knees to take stress off my back a little.

  • Half of those reps don't count. You need to lock your elbows once overhead; range of motion is far more important than "xxx" weight if you're doing them incorrectly.

  • @path0gen23 He locked out on all of them.Its just that his arms are so big that it looks like his elbow is still bent but its just his bicep.

  • it says speed reps in desc, why u using so many resp for speed? for speed its essential to use 1-6 reps
