  • @modzPwn33 if u have no biceps then the ball is heavy

  • dont listen to this guy...  he was right about the core.. but biceps? no. pitching is about 90% legs.

  • you should use every bit of your body to propel the ball out of your hand

  • any time you're flexing your elbow you are using your bicep. im pretty sure you don't keep your elbow extended constantly on the diamond...

  • Do a bicep curl, thats a movement with your bicep. Do a throwing motion right now, your bicep is not in use. You also proved my point because the elbow also is never moved in that way...

  • u still have to train it. if ur tricep is stronger than ur bicep ull end up like zinger maybe

  • also ur palm doesn't have to be up to use your bicep

  • my right arm(i am a righty) is alot stronger than my left arm. i broke my left arm awhile ago..but idk if that has anything to do with it. any tips? or lifting tips?

  • Thank you so much for the information.. my son is 14 and is playing baseball for the first time in his life, for his highschool team. He loves sports and i believe he is a natural, but of course information is key, and this video has a lot of information that i know will be very helpful for him, as well as myself as a single mother, i have no one to go too to help me help my son, and i'm glad you are putting this out for us single mothers who have kids who love sports,
