This statement that you made is ridiculous. Just because Oprah came up with OWN, doesn't mean that Discovery has to flood FitTV with mindless junk. All they have to do is put Namaste Yoga and Shimmy back on. They need to get rid of all those pregnancy shows and ER shows--maybe one or two for those that feel that they need that mess but, BRING BACK NAMASTE YOGA AND SHIMMY :)

This program is on Fit TV. Its great, if you are fit you can do almost all the moves, or modify a few. I do Pilates but this is has a lot of Tai Chi also.

@babytonidae Depends on the age... But probably good stretching of the spine combined with many jumps up and adequate food and medicine should help, maybe even at adult age you can add 1-2 cm to your height.
