Definately the Blue Falcon. Why, because it's Captain Falcon's machine and Falcon is Kick-ass.

Wow I do have this game. i was wondering weather or not I did but looking at the graphics I do have it for the SNES. Too bad I never really played it much.... kinda wish I did now since I have F-Zero GX.

It plays exactly as expected on any SNES emulator. I play it regularly myself on them.
