When in a dark corridor, just fire a round (provided you're pretty stocked up on ammo) and the flash will show everything as in broad daylight.

I get good FPS on all my games. Except supreme commander. If I play a 8x8 skirmish, after 15 minutes, the game slows to a crawl. It's smooth still, but the game's speed slows RIGHT down.

I read it's something to do with how SupCom doesn't utilise multi-core CPU's properly. Maxes out 1 core, but the others are idle.

You can still type and play though. It just disables the LCD screen on the keyboard , and you can re-enable them some other time.

If you are , disable your HID's in control panel , it will disable your keyboard but will solve the FPS issue you are having.

@Jon I'm pretty sure it's your HDD's maxing out which is causing the slowdown.1080P and audacity recording uses a lot of MB/s on the HDD.I'd advice to get another hard drive and let the recording program record on that..doesn't have to be big.just to get the stress of the HDD,and resulting in a better fps while recording.
