Well it's only episode 2 but I'm having trouble connecting with this series. Splitting the men and women up is childish. A waste of space is still there whilst a strong contender is sent home It seems that the bigger prize money is having an affect. Angies team is, for once, the stronger. I'm not seeing the new blue trainer doing anything to support the mental process of the contestants. So far this UK version is a low budget & inferior version of BL AUS
It looks like some of the members of the Blue team are voting purely based on weight loss that particular week. Bad strategy! Ola may have not done as well this week, but I'd bet that over several weeks she would lose far more than Helenka, whose mind is not entirely focused on weight loss. In the end Andrew may setting himself and his entire team up for elimination by using this ridiculous strategy.
I wanted to be shocked, but they were already playing the classic "angry black woman" card. She says what she feels, wears her heart on her sleeve", "I find her a bit argumentative..ect, she was a goner then. I thought the whiney woman begging to go home would have been the obvious choice, but Ola was showing early signs of "ABW". All the training hard and gaining muscle, the saying what she thought, plus the amount of melinen in her skin, any reason will do. She never had a chance.
do you know, I get really miffed when people pull the racist card..... by the sounds of it she was voted out a. because she lost F-all weight, in fact she put on, and b. she had a loud/bigger personality than some of the others, which they were either jelous of because they lose their limelight or just didn't like LOL..... doesn't matter the tone of her skin, I think the people that pull the racist card are normally majorly racist themselves.... ok, i'm stepping off the box...
A black person will never win the biggest loser, the for minority to win to avoid elimination all together because people tend to stick their own kind.... I know I sound like a member the KKK
