David Mitchell Writes - Dear America...

  • I'd cleanse her colon.

  • The idea that your body somehow has years of fecal matter built up in your colon is silly. It goes against the anatomy and physiology of your digestion. You, in fact, have a clean GI tract. When you fast for a significant amount of time, you are starving your body of nutrients you need. Those days never come back.

  • Colon cleansing is not necessary at all. Your body naturally cleanses itself. You do NOT have "pounds of sludge" in your bowels. Have you ever had a colonoscopy? Your bowels are pretty much squeaky clean. Just eat lots of fruits and vegetables, preferably raw. Drink 2x more water than you think you need. Buy organic.

  • The 'H' is heard in England...in the States it is not.

  • No doubt the things she mentions in the video are excellent, but will they REMOVE encrusted fecal matter from the bowels? Or does that need to be done using another method?

  • Who the hell has time for a 21 day colon cleanse!

  • Why gringos are fooled with this expensive cleanse programs like colonix etc,

you dont need to buy this expensive bottle (32.00) Just eat some decompose

mangos and your colon will be cleaned in 24 hrs. The decompose mangos has a bacteria that eats the toxins and cleanse your colon.

  • @BATMEX44 .. DECOMPOSE MANGO??

  • @launicayoly2 Ten fungal species you can find naturally in decomposed mango

These species are used by Companies like colonix etc..

  • @BATMEX44 were do u get decompose mango

  • @jermecia772 Penicillium chrysogenum can be found on decomposed mangos

just sit them like inside the stove for a few days and when they look dark they ready. Penicillium chrysogenum is the principal ingredient used by must of the Cleansing Programs Companies.

  • @BATMEX44

  • Damn....I thought this was bout Anal :-(

  • ok so you juice for how long again? 21 days?

  • Thank you for uploading this video. I never eat fruites or the green stuff and its mashing me up.

  • Happy to waTCH your videos :) I learned new things today :) Thanks and dont forget to watch my videos :D

  • You want to seperate the fruits from vegetables about 1-2 hours due to the stomach acids will set up differently for each food group. It works best for nutrician generally to seperate certain foods apart.

  • thanks that was really helpful

  • uhh... whats fiber???

  • All I had to do was walk into my fave rock star Bonos local pub and the sight of seeing him right next to me sent me straight to the loo in shock and I must of emptied 12 inchs of shit out of my colon! one years of build up toxic waiste just emptied out in a second Bono did you read that???

  • Nice video. Thanks a lot for the information.

  • qualcuno metta la traduzione in italiano per favore....pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

  • Thank You for the information & honest truth. God Bless You.

  • If your worried about how to pronounce "herbs"... you need to get a life..

    great vid

    5 stars

  • It is to people with iron overload disorders. Pregnant women should not take large amounts of vitamin c, as it can suppress the production of progesterone. It can also cause miscarriage in otherwise healthy women. High doses of vitamin can be beneficial, but any real doctor would tell you who shouldn't take high dosages. Also, cancer patients still must be eligible for vitamin c therapy, which doesn't cure cancer, but it is an excellent COMPLIMENTARY treatment. Big Pharma? Are you on crack???

  • Are YOU on crack? Your information is completely false. There is no evidence to link vitamin C to miscarriage or any other illness. Any "real" doctor would never tell you to use vitamin C because they know nothing about nutrition or vitamins. There's no money to be made in prescribing vitamins, that's why they prescribe Drugs, drugs developed by the same companies that funded their "education." And YES, mega-dosage vitamin C HAS cured cancer. Look up Max Gerson and his work. Also, Abram Hoffer.

  • Real doctors know nothing about nutrition or vitamins. Are you sure? They don't teach them any of that stuff at medical school? That's really scary.

  • THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN THE COLON IS WITH HYDROCOLONIC!!! People use colon cleanse sometimes for 21 days and when they come for colonic they are still very full of old fecal matter.

  • Erm, how would one recognise 'old fecal matter'?

  • From the color, the shape and consistence,(of corse if you have a colector to check out the hardness). But also if I have clientes who are fasting for 21 day( only liquid without pulp) and then they start release tons of dark ,hard and sometimes surounded by mucus pieces, I think that you cannot go wrong that is old fecal matter. My device is the DOTOLO I don't know about other sistem. Love and peace!

  • from the wrinkles and gray hair, duh.

  • Do we really want to know about old fecal matter? Like how old and how to identify it?

  • One thing, a vitamin c flush is essentially a vitamin c overdose. It's INCREDIBLY HARMFUL to certain people and this "expert" nutritionist should 1) know that and 2) warn people. If you have problems with your iron levels, avoid the vitamin c flush. I'd actually just avoid it in general. Use a gentle enema if you like.

And finally, it doesn't take much to become a nutritionist, and many of the say the most idiotic nonsense whether they know it or not.

  • Vitamin C isn't harmful in the least! Your statement has no validation as there is no evidence to support it. High dosage vitamin has PROVEN to cure late stage cancer among it's other many uses. No one has ever been hurt by vitamin C, you cant "overdose" on it. Do you work for Big Pharma or something? Trying to detract from the healing power of nutrition?

  • thats interresting about the vit C

  • Herbs starts with H. It's pronounced Herbs, not 'erbs.

  • The "H" is silent. You should be.

  • I speak English. The word is Herbs. The H is not silent any more than it is in Hot, Hips or Halitosis.

Americans do not speak English - witness their frequent dire pronunciation of Antarctica as Anardica. And how sad to hear such abominations as innernational, innerrim and innerest.

  • L..V....Do u mean ur fron the UK or the US. Right, the other examples u give are simply lazy speach, I do not speak that way, although I do have a US regional accent (and never could spell). However, look it up in a good dictionary, the "h" in "herb" is silent in the UK & the US. Don't believe I'm waisting time arguing this one. Have a nice oliday !

  • I was born in England of English parents. If an English person said 'erb' they would be considered poorly educated. They would also say 'Me names 'Arry, ave ya seen me 'at an' me 'anky'.

Check Eddie Izzard's reason for saying Herb ! ! lol

  • Waisting time? And how ('ow?) would one do that, by making it slimmer in the middle? And 'speach' ? Yes, I agree with you totally, your spelling is as bad as your pronunciation.

I can imagine you saying someone s'ung like a n'orse too lol.

  • I'm a little confused about your obsession w/this.Never thought I'd hear from you again. I did do some "Googling" and found that the silent "h" in "herb" does vary from US toUK. The root word is from a French and Latin word that does not contain an "H". Words do sort of facinate me: but understand, I abbreviate alot of words due to the character limit put on these comments. So, my "two" or "to" or "too", may become a 2, as my "you are" becomes u r; and "your", ur. Point z 2 get the idea across

  • (con't) How about the words: " honor, honest, hour, and heir". Rules r not universal. English is really a complicated, ruless language (unlike, say, French which pretty much has a rule for everything). Much English has developed via usage. At's ur pronunciation differs on either side of the pond. If we weren't constrained by character limits, we should leave 2 spaces after each period. I often go over limit, go back & remove all space between sentences. And, NO I CAN'T SPELL, never cud! Peace

  • Clearly some words have a silent 'h'. Herbs is not one of them, IF you speak English, which is hardly a language lacking rules, albeit that so many people break them.

  • You abbreviate wasting to waisting? lol

I'm pleased you managed to do some research rather than blatantly making false statements.

The English word is herb and the 'h' is pronounced. You are of course at liberty to continue not to speak English.

Thank you for continuing to feed my 'obsession'. Well pronounced English is a pleasure to hear.

  • Waisting time? And how ('ow?) would one do that, by making it slimmer in the middle?

  • Are you serious? English is an evolutionary language, for one. Second, why is it Brits will frequently, for example, not pronounce the 't' in words like 'little' or 'better'? Yet, in other instances, they put extra stress on the letter 't'.

And what about how you guys usually say "idea"? It's like "idear"... I would consider typical, American English to be much clearer in pronunciation of the words.

  • What is 'typical American' english, New Yorkers? Texans? Bostonians?... We created the language and Americans butchered it. Now get me my erbs I need to take a dump....

  • No, it's the Americans that pronounce the "r" at the end of words like dear, clear etc.

    We Brits do not.

Another mistake of yours is to say that Brits don't pronounce the "t" in little or better.

Sure, there is a particular regional accent that has this characteristic but it is NOT as widespread as depicted on US tv

Most of the British accents featured in your tv programs are spoken by Americans impersonating us (badly).

Plenty of Americans pronounce "t" as "d" as in Briddish (British).

  • Of course, I mean no offense to Americans.

You carry on speaking however you like.

I'm merely pointing out the mistakes in Mevi814's post.

  • Yes, Balazak has it right. There are many Brits whose pronunciation is appalling and produce horrible glottal stops as in bu'er instead of butter. But I have spoken to Americans who agree that innernational, innerim and the dire Annardica (Antarctica) are travesties of English pronunciation.

I repeat, speaking as a well-spoken English born Englishman, that the aitch in herbs is not silent.

Regional accents add colour and variety to our language, but some versions do sound rather ugly.

  • @5277407 u r crazay!!!
